It started with a simple question.
Does industrially produced food for young children have to mean that ingredients are processed together into predetermined meals? InnovaChildfood was founded around a different idea: what if individual ingredients could instead be prepared separately, according to their own properties and processing needs, and combined only when it is time to create the meal? That question became the starting point for our technology, our intellectual property and, eventually, MOOS.
Our vision
A future where industrially produced food for young children can offer more of the flexibility and variety we associate with food prepared at home. We believe technology can help make that possible – by rethinking not only what goes into children's food, but how it is made.
not only what goes into children's food, but how it is made.
From idea to technology
Research
Development
Minimally processed food components showed health benefits
Patent
Meal studies showed that high heat treated baby food had negative health effects.
Protecting the concept – the technology is protected through intellectual property.
MOOS
Technology becomes food – the patented principles are translated into a tangible food concept.
Today
Ready for the next step – industrialisation, partnerships and international licensing.
